Our vision
A revolution is underway. We help French-speaking Swiss organizations – companies, institutions, and associations – understand, adopt and leverage artificial intelligence to become the players of tomorrow.
We are convinced that generative AI tools will have an impact as profound as the arrival of the internet: powerful technologies, but potentially dangerous when misused. Our name, MAIjin, was not chosen at random. It symbolizes the duality of our mission: these tools can accelerate obsolescence, but also extend the relevance of human know-how. AI is both remedy and poison.

Our mission is to democratize the use of generative AI in business, to make it an asset for productivity and fulfillment at work. We do not fight against it, but help you move forward with it. We want to democratize effective, but also responsible and informed use.

CEO Trainer and Consultant
Serial entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in complex project management, Rémi has trained over 1,300 people in one year and structured the Maijin network of trainers and consultants. Pragmatic and impact-oriented, he always knows how to find the right person and format to make AI a lasting productivity lever.
German Language Trainer
Trainer specialized in generative AI with over 60 training sessions since 2023, Eric has 8 years of experience in IT consulting and innovation. A pioneer in adopting ChatGPT and GPT-4, he brings practical expertise from LLM consulting and implementation projects. Graduate of HSG and EMLYON, he supports your German-speaking teams in their AI transformation.
Jean-Baptiste Gerberon

With 20 years of experience in management and digital transformation, Jean-Baptiste helps companies concretely adopt AI. Former Strategic Marketing Manager at Essilor Luxottica and business school lecturer, he designs training programs adapted to business challenges, with no technical expertise required. Laurent Rajca
Trainer and Consultant
A digital entrepreneur since 2012 and intensive AI user since 2024, Laurent designs tailor-made training for executives and teams. Co-founder of Yapla, a SaaS management software for associations (100,000 customers, funded by Crédit Agricole), he supports your employees in concretely integrating large language models into their roles. His dual background, from operational roles in finance, sales and customer service to executive positions, allows him to connect AI to real business challenges, from field use cases to process transformation. He works in Switzerland and France with executive committees and operational teams.
Meïdy Baffou
Trainer and Consultant
Engineer and entrepreneur since 2016, Meïdy Baffou designs autonomous AI agents and tailor-made automation systems for companies across all sectors. His own SaaS products run entirely on agent fleets. With 10 years of experience across technology, digital marketing and business management, he now works in AI consulting, training and implementation.
Timo Schuler
Consultant and Trainer
For over ten years, Timo has worked at the same intersection: human organizations and digital tools. At Nestlé's international headquarters, he contributed to global HR analytics and the adoption of digital solutions. At Swiss Post, as People Development Innovation Scout, he conducted parallel cognitive science research at the University of Fribourg on the use of AI in employee development.
