Bobst Régie Immobilière SA, a property management firm based in Yverdon-les-Bains in the canton of Vaud, asked itself a question few companies raise in time: what are our employees actually doing with AI, and where does the data go? The usage was already there, with no framework and no training, what is known as shadow AI. Rather than banning it, the leadership chose to train.
