Process
Block 1: Acculturation (4h)
Overview of the AI revolution (major players, economic impacts), practical discovery of ChatGPT, prompt engineering fundamentals, banking data security and confidentiality, and identification of the 5 most relevant use cases for the teams.
Practice period (3 weeks)
Time given to employees to put their learnings into practice, experiment with ChatGPT in their daily work, and identify use cases specific to their profession.
Block 2: Advanced application (4h)
Collective feedback, enhanced prompt engineering with multimodal features (PDF, Excel, images, web search), custom GPT creation, discovery of complementary tools (Feedly AI, Perplexity, Gemini, Gamma.app), and mapping of high-impact use cases.
