Vicario Consulting is one of the largest Swiss human resources consulting firms, based in Lausanne. In June 2023, at the initiative of Salvatore Mandra, Maijin led a first conference on artificial intelligence and psychology. A year later, Angelo Vicario, the company's CEO, contacted Maijin again with a clear objective: to train his entire management team in the professional use of generative AI.
Objective
Deploy innovative and effective pedagogy to a group of 20+ HR decision-makers, with highly variable levels of AI familiarity, while respecting three constraints: autonomy, practicality and progressivity.
