Your salespeople spend a growing share of their week away from the client. Working out who to contact, digging up what was said at the last meeting, reformatting a proposal, updating the CRM on Friday evening. That work is real, it is necessary, and it shows up nowhere in the pipeline. Our AI sales training starts from your real accounts: it helps salespeople who are new to generative artificial intelligence win that time back, by embedding AI into the day-to-day sales process rather than bolting it onto the CRM.

Generative AI does not sell for you and will not replace a good salesperson. What it does compress is everything surrounding the act of selling: research, preparation, formatting, follow-up. That is exactly the scope we train your teams on, using your real accounts, your real documents and your real tools.

Our promise is calibrated, not inflated: roughly two hours a week given back to 80% of service-sector employees. For a salesperson, those two hours go straight back into time in front of the client.

    The cost of waiting

AI sales training: what an under-equipped sales team costs

None of these points is solved by adding another tool. They are solved with a method, and that is what we come to put in place:

The meeting prepared in the taxi

Nobody has two hours to prepare an important meeting properly. So the salesperson turns up with whatever they found on the prospect's home page, discovers an issue in the room that they should have known about, and loses control of the conversation.

Generic prospecting that gets no reply

Without prior research, the messages all look alike, and it shows. With prior research, the volume collapses. That is the classic dilemma, and it is precisely where AI changes the equation.

The proposal that takes three days

The meeting went well, the proposal goes out 72 hours later, formatted by hand and often copied from an old document nobody remembers the reasoning behind. Every day of waiting cools the deal down.

Follow-up that depends on each person's memory

Meeting notes never written up, forgotten follow-ups, a CRM that is only up to date inside the salesperson's head. The information exists, it is simply written down nowhere, and it walks out of the door with the person.

Meanwhile, the sales teams trained with a method get preparation, formatting and follow-up back under control: the time saved goes back into meetings, not into yet another tool.

    Train your teams

    AI use cases in sales

Four families, all tested in training with sales teams across French-speaking Switzerland. Each workshop covers two or three of them, using your accounts and your documents.

    Prospecting and qualification
    • Researching and qualifying a prospect in minutes: the Swiss commercial register, the company website, the LinkedIn profiles of your contacts
    • Analysing a target company: org chart, recent news, likely business challenges
    • Personalised prospecting emails at scale, written in your style rather than the model's
    • LinkedIn messages adapted to the prospect's profile and current news
    • Continuous competitive monitoring of your target markets, like the innovation-announcement monitoring aggregator built with the Newscreen sales team
    Sales proposals and meeting preparation
    • The proposal studio: starting from the call brief or its transcript, producing a structured proposal in your company's format and to its quality standard, which the salesperson reviews and adjusts
    • Meeting preparation: a full brief on the company and the contact, discovery questions that do not sound scripted, likely objections with an answer for each
    • The call coach: an assistant fed with your products, your client cases and your objections, which puts the salesperson in situation and challenges them before the real meeting
    • Analysing tender documents and spotting the criteria that actually discriminate, as at Médiaperformances
    • Building the sales knowledge base, the real first project: products, client cases and objections gathered in a single document. Without that fuel, AI stays generic, and therefore useless
    Analysis and sales steering
    • Pipeline analysis: spotting deals at risk and the signals that a deal is slipping
    • Mapping the objections that recur over a period, with the answer that works best for each
    • Post-meeting analysis: what blocked, what moved things forward, what to prepare differently
    • Building personas and the objection list with a reasoning model rather than a standard one; the difference in depth is immediately visible
    • Analysing client irritants: pulling the themes and verbatim quotes out of the file the salespeople send back, then producing an action plan per client, as at Médiaperformances
    Client follow-up and sales administration
    • Meeting notes produced from the transcript, in the format your team expects
    • Follow-ups: finding prospects who have not replied in six months and preparing a personalised follow-up grounded in deep research on their recent news, put in place with the sales team of a Geneva-based financial-sector foundation
    • Emails: speeding up replies to incoming messages using a connector linked to the mailbox
    • Monitoring: tracking your clients' news so you make contact at the right moment
    • Updating the CRM after each meeting from the salesperson's notes, and preparing checkpoints and quarterly client reviews

    Our method

AI training for Sales in Switzerland: we come to where your teams are

Training built on your real files, not on generic examples

Before each session we ask you for three or four genuine pain points: a file that keeps slipping, a document nobody has time to write, a manual step everyone copies from the last person. The exercises are built on those, never on a textbook case.

From the first hour we also set a clear rule about what may go through an AI tool and what must never leave your organisation. Your teams walk away with the habit, not just with the demo.

    Our approach

We train sales professionals to put generative AI to work

We train your sales teams to embed AI at every stage of the sales cycle. No gadgets: our AI sales training only shows uses we have tested on our own deals.

    1. Enhanced prospecting

Prospect research in minutes, automated qualification, personalized messages at scale. More volume without losing relevance.

    Step {n} 02

    2. Express preparation

    Step {n} 03

    3. Optimized closing

Negotiation simulations, personalized ROI calculations, impactful commercial proposals. Everything to maximize conversion rate.

This is training designed for sales teams subject to the revised FADP: your salespeople save time on preparation and follow-up, know which prospect data may leave and towards which tool, and keep control of what goes out to the client.

We have supported sales teams across French-speaking Switzerland and France: Newscreen, Médiaperformances, a Geneva-based financial-sector foundation, as well as the sales teams of Geneva references such as Lombard Odier and Rentes Genevoises.

Why Maijin for your sales teams

    We are salespeople ourselves

Our own prospecting, our own proposals and our own follow-up run on the tools we teach. We do not train on what we have read, but on what serves us on Monday morning.

We start from your real needs

We do not put AI everywhere because it is fashionable. A scoping questionnaire goes out two weeks before the session, and the programme is built around the cases your salespeople raise, not around a standard outline.

    A proven method

More than 150 organisations supported and 4,500 professionals trained since January 2023, including sales teams in media, advertising sales, financial services and software.

    We make you autonomous

Our job is not to become indispensable. The deliverables stay with you: a prompt library, a sales knowledge base, proposal templates.

    Our AI sales training formats

Three ways in, depending on your team's starting level and the time you can free up for them.

    Discovery training

A first session to give the whole team the same foundation: what these tools can do, what they cannot, and the first few moves that save time from the next morning on.

    Recommended

    Spaced half-day support programme

The complete path, from the foundation through to the most advanced uses in your field, delivered as half-day sessions spaced 1 to 3 weeks apart. A rhythm designed for busy managers: in between, your teams work through exercises on their real files, and we adjust the next session around whatever got stuck.

    Highly specific workshop

One short slot, one tool, one precise task. The format to pick when the foundation is already there and a single use case still needs unlocking.

    Example

Claude Design to create effective sales proposals, as a salesperson

90-minute workshop: CHF 1,000. Half day: CHF 2,000. Full day: CHF 3,000 to 3,500. Day of targeted workshops: CHF 2,500. Rates exclude VAT, apply per group session of up to 12 participants, and include travel costs. The spaced half-day programme is quoted on the half-day rate (CHF 2,000 per session).

Case study: AI inside a Swiss sales team

When a salesperson builds their own AI tools

    Context

The participant is an account executive at a software company. They were already using AI every day, but purely as a consumer of the tools their working environment provided: their practice stopped where those tools stopped.

    Challenge

Move them from consumer to builder, by producing not a set of course slides but a tool genuinely used in their job, on their real accounts, and autonomous enough to circulate in their team without the trainer.

    Format

Three spaced two-hour sessions by video call, plus a question-and-answer session to unblock the remaining points

    Program
    • Build: workspace architecture, context file, connections to internal tools and first exercises
    • Prospect: LinkedIn signals, mapping of the accounts in their territory and preparation of client meetings
    • Industrialise: moving from one-off uses to a packaged, installable tool carrying its own agents and its own onboarding
    Results
    • 634 accounts in their territory identified by an agent the participant built themselves, 33 of them analysed in depth
    • A tool finished by the participant alone between the last session and the following week
    • A fellow salesperson completed the entire onboarding and installed the tool with no involvement from Maijin, six days after the programme ended
    • Two spontaneous referrals within a week, with both meetings booked
    Impact

The participant now creates their own assistants, design systems and client materials entirely on their own. The programme also fed back into our method: audit the IT constraints of the company before implementation, not after.

FAQ: AI training for Sales in Switzerland

Yes, and that is the most common case. No technical prerequisite is required: the discovery training is designed for salespeople who have never opened a generative AI tool. We regularly train teams whose levels range from complete beginner to daily user. A skills questionnaire goes out two weeks before the session, together with a setup sheet for the tools: that is what lets us calibrate the pace and leave nobody behind, while avoiding spending the first hour on installations. Groups are capped at 12 participants and everyone works on their own accounts and their own documents, never on a textbook case. In practical terms, you need a computer and an internet connection, plus access to the tools your company has chosen.

Nothing sensitive leaves your information system. In training we work on your real cases, but with data you have approved beforehand: never a complete client file, never sensitive personal data pasted into a consumer tool. In concrete terms, three rules that we set out in the first hour. Professional versions only, with a data processing agreement, no retention and no training on your content: a free version offers none of those three commitments. A simple classification of what may leave and what never does, short enough to fit on one page. And for anything involving data that identifies your clients, anonymisation before sending, a technique we have already put in place at a Geneva financial institution. After the session, that classification and the usage charter stay with you: they are what protects you day to day, long after we have left. Your obligations under the revised Swiss FADP remain yours: we train your teams to meet them, we do not take them over.

By never letting it act as the source of truth. A sales proposal commits a price, a scope and a deadline: those three do not come out of a model, they come from you. We train your salespeople in three reflexes. First, supply the material as input rather than letting the model recall it from memory: that is the role of the sales knowledge base, which gathers products, client cases and objections into a single document. Without that fuel, AI stays generic, and that is exactly where it starts filling gaps on its own. Second, require it to flag what it cannot find, particularly on client references and figures. Third, review and adjust before sending: the document that goes out carries your signature, not the model's. That is why our training includes a critical thinking module, grounded in MIT research on the order of use: think first, use AI second. We added it after watching one client's team, very enthusiastic straight after the training, produce proposals a few months later that were dense but empty.

Yes, on two points that we settle during scoping. First the data: a prospect list is a file of personal data, covered by the revised Swiss FADP, and it does not get pasted into a tool that is not under contract. So we work on professional versions, with prior anonymisation of anything that identifies a client, a technique we have already put in place at a Geneva financial institution. Then the volume: AI lets you write a hundred personalised messages where you used to write ten, and Swiss law sets clear conditions on sending unsolicited commercial messages, including consent, a clearly identifiable sender and a simple way to unsubscribe. We teach AI-assisted prospecting inside that framework, not against it. We also train sales teams working under strict constraints, including one at a Geneva-based financial-sector foundation: your internal directives remain the reference and the training adapts to them.

Yes, the training uses your real environment. We commonly train on ChatGPT and ChatGPT Work, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Perplexity for research, and on your internal CRM systems. The choice is made during the scoping call based on your ecosystem: a company already on Microsoft 365 has good reason to work on Copilot, since no rollout is needed and the confidentiality level is that of your Office suite. One simple rule guides these choices: productivity rises as you go from one tool to three, and it collapses at the fourth. The programme is built around your tools and your accounts, not around an imposed stack.

Our rates are quoted in Swiss francs excluding VAT, travel costs included, per group session of up to 12 participants. A full day costs CHF 3,000 to 3,500, a half day CHF 2,000, and a targeted 90-minute workshop costs CHF 1,000, the latter format assuming a level 1 training has already been completed. A day of targeted workshops, organised in 90-minute slots, costs CHF 2,500. The spaced half-day programme is quoted on the half-day rate (CHF 2,000 per session). These amounts are independent of the number of participants: training four salespeople costs the same as training twelve, with far more tailoring. The preparatory 30 to 45-minute scoping call is not charged.

Three common formats. The discovery training, to give the whole team a shared foundation and the first use cases that actually run on your own accounts. The spaced half-day programme, half-days 1 to 3 weeks apart, our recommended format, which goes from the foundation through to the workflows of the sales cycle: prospecting, meeting preparation, proposal, follow-up. Between sessions, exercises on your real deals embed the practice. And the highly specific workshop of 90 minutes, one tool for one task: Claude Design to create effective sales proposals, as a salesperson, for instance. The right format is settled in a 30 to 45-minute scoping call, at no charge.

French and English. English is frequently required in Geneva, where the sales teams of international organisations and foreign groups work in that language every day. German is available: our team includes German-speaking trainers and we have already delivered the same foundation training in German in Zurich and in French in Geneva for the same client. State the language you want when you enquire, since it determines which trainer is assigned.

Yes. Between the sessions of a programme, your salespeople practise on their live deals and come back with what got stuck: we correct the prompts and adjust the templates. The deliverables stay with you, and they are what makes the practice last: a prompt library, a sales knowledge base, proposal templates. Our job is not to become indispensable. After the training, teams that want the habits to hold move on to days of targeted workshops in 90-minute slots, each slot dealing with a case brought by one salesperson. It is the round table at the following session that turns a demonstration into a habit, not the first day.

We do not deliver an academic curriculum: we install working practices. The difference is in the format: 12 participants maximum, your accounts and your documents rather than a standard deck, and trainers who are salespeople themselves. Our own prospecting, our own proposals and our own follow-up run on the tools we teach: we do not train on what we have read, but on what serves us on Monday morning. The programme is built around the cases your salespeople raise during scoping, not around a standard outline. That is what explains the 5.0/5 rating from 51 Google reviews and the documented results with sales teams such as Newscreen and Médiaperformances.

No, and that is not a reassuring platitude. Look at where AI actually saves time in a sales cycle: prior research, meeting preparation, writing the proposal, the meeting notes, the follow-up, updating the CRM. In other words, everything surrounding the relationship, never the relationship itself. A model does not read a silence in a meeting, does not sense that a contact is not the decision-maker, does not build the trust that gets a deal signed. So the real risk is not replacement, it runs the other way: a salesperson who delegates their thinking to the tool. That is exactly what our critical thinking module addresses.

Our promise is calibrated: roughly two hours a week given back to 80% of service-sector employees, on preparation, research, formatting and follow-up. For a salesperson, that time goes back into being in front of the client. Writing our own sales proposals went from an hour of drafting plus thirty minutes of formatting to forty minutes at most, for markedly higher quality: that is the mechanism we install at your organisation, with your documents.

We teach you few-shot prompting: AI analyses your best emails and messages, then reproduces your style. The result is personalised messages that sound like you rather than like a robot, even across fifty prospects.
